haha, my blog is almost dying.. Well, since school has started, thought should focus much more time towards school stuffs, especially when i'm in year 3 now...

Well, the subjects this semester is abit harder, but still manageable =].. Some of the projects are already lauched, project progress didn't run very smoothly.. Don't know why, I've feelings that the group members are not really "intensive" into the projects yet, it's like not concentrating and like thinking about other things during project meetings..and i didn't manage to improve it.. they're my good friends, so didn't wanna impose my ways of doing things too hard. Well, because of the many uncertainties contained in that subject..

LOMe project has also started...we are doing on the library (the whole library, 10 floors). Have to observe the layout and activities inside it.. It looks daunting on the surface la... But i think maybe it's not really that hard after all.. just that need for time and effort to do.. I can see that the others memebers seeemed to be quite frightened by the seemingly massive scale on doing a measurement project on the lib.. Then I also heard that there's a guy in my grp quite "notorious" for submitting a diff proj report from the grp. Well, I know it's bad to have a advance perception about someone, especially thru others' mouth.. I'll try to clear that from my head and come out with preventive measures to avoid such thing from happening.. haha I'm a TQM person, not QC =P.. Well, for LOMe grp, there seem to be kinda "cold barrier" among the members.. hope the barriers will be broken off soon..

Well, guess maybe it's time for me to step in more actively and impose some aspects of "daniel" into my proj grps, to at least catalyze the progress a bit... I can't stand slow progress and "do-like-never-do" situation =]
