Haha, enjoying my first offday since i started work..Work so far has been good.. my team mates are all very nice ppl.. But too serious.. lol.. my shift mate is so keen to hit the inbound calls target..(fyi the target is avg of 12 calls per hour, so got to hit like 100 calls per day for the 8.5 work hours). He's so afraid that he'll be highlighted by our TL for low productivity.. But poor me, have been hitting like only 80 plus calls per day.. looks like I got to buck up.. lol.. take calls continously.. but think by next week shld be able la.. just got to end call as quickly as possible..also need to become more familiar of the stuffs.. realized that i've advise some wrong stuff.. but not detrimental at all.. guess got to burn one off day to study the products on the webbie thoroughly..
Realized something.. there's a few wheel-chaired/physically challenged ppl like me working there..and all the colleagues are very caring ppl.. Perhaps I shld just worked there permanently.. hehe.. I'm really scare tt ppl will not employ me.. as I've feeling my "wheel-chair" days drawing nearer day after day.. I find it quite hard to walk recently.. just walking a short distance will cause me to pant.. ya.. it's that serious.. But I still want to continue moving around w/o any walking aids as long as i can.. God.. pls give me another 5 years of moving w/o any aids.. just 5 years is what i ask for.. I hope i'll stop weakening.. it seems quite obvious tt i'm weakening weeks after weeks.. Come to think of it.. I should count myself fortunate enuff to be still walking around at the age of 22.. hope i can walk till age of 30.. and i'll sit on wheel-chair willingly... well sad things are not worth talking for so long..

Haha, I've finally been employed, with effect from 15 march 2006. hehe. I'm with Starhub Customer service now.. Somehow, I returned to a similar field as my first job.. CSO for call centre.. hehe.. Good pay, good environment nice colleagues, good accessibility.. hehe what more can i ask for.. lucky me..
So far work has been progressing smoothly.. though still not able to hit the required target of aboout 100 call pick-ups per day.. still trying.. u know when u're new, it takes longer to close 1 call.. especially when ppl ask abt alot of things..I think i'm crazy, dun know why i'm so enthu abt the job..
Worrying abt SMU admissions.. Wonder if i can get in.. still bothered by SMU comments that they may not take in even if the results is very good.. Still need to pass the essay writing and interview..So i need to train up for essay writing and become more outspoken..

So what have I been doing after the unofficial graduation? I'm living an aimless life..lol..
Have been trying to look for jobs online.. tried searching over the newspaper, but realised that most of the jobs posted on newspaper are also available online..good.. So I don't have to spend the money to buy straits times.. Posted several resumes( i think close to 10) for customer service and admin jobs.. registered with Recruit Express, which they asked me to go down all the way to raffles place just to filled up the same things I have in my resume and talk with me for like 2 mins.. Till no there's no response.. so hope this week someone will call me for interview with the companies (not the agencies).. Seriously I'm hoping that Singtel mobile will hire me on the account that I worked there before and received compliment letters from customers..even though I can only commit 1 month less than they required.. Singtel is like so far my place..2-ways cab fare will only costs like $6 bucks (fyi, i'm really dependent on cabs.. since commuting via bus seems more challenging for me)..
Exams results will be out this coming friday.. I shall keep my finger crossed because I only started revision like 1 day before the exams..most slack.. Hope I applied my knowledge well..and the major project, my most optimistic prediction is a B+ for me.. hope my 2 papers won't let me down , at least A for the 2 subjects.. I'll seriously faint if I see all Bs in the exam results.. If I can get all As, it would be best.. Hope i'll not think so much..
Waiting for NUS and NTU application results.. have yet to apply for SMU, but quite tempted after passing by the city campus.. it's ultra convenient, accessible and "environment friendly" to me.. it looks like even if i'm wheel-chaired, I can still travel around easily around SMU, with minised cab fare..I can take cab to Hg MRT and commute directly to SMU.. it would only costs like $8 for 2-ways cab fees.. hmm got to do some calculations.. NUS/NTU (Hons) $6100 per year fee + Hostel for 3 yrs versus SMU direct Hons $7500 per year + transportation fee for 3 (accelerated)-4 years.. and what if I'm not given hostel for nus/ntu.. transportation fee will be so high..

You are the the Hierophant card. The Hierophant,
called The Pope in some decks, is the
preserver of cultural traditions. After
entering The Emperor's society, The
Hierophant teaches us its wisdom. The
Hierophant learns and teaches our cultural
traditions. The discoveries our ancestors
have made influence the present. Without
forces such as The Hierophant who are able to
interpret and communicate traditional lore,
each generation would have to begin to learn
anew. As a force that is concentrated on our
past and our culture, The Hierophant can
sometimes be stubborn and set in his ways.
This is a negative trait he shares with his
zodiac sign, Taurus. But like Taurus he is
productive. His traditional lore can provide
a source of inspiration for the creatively
inclined, and his knowledge provides an
excellent foundation for those who come into
their own in the business world. Image from:
