Tablet PC

OMG.. SMU's offer for Table PC is so attractive.. it's selling Fujitsu Lifebook T4210 at only 2500 ++ So tempted to buy.. The original price is $4288 (think it's being overstated).. the functions are solid and it's only abt 1.9 kg.. though still quite heavy but considered good for tablet pc at this price..

Dilenma here... I already have a laptop but it's ibook, a macintosh machine.. it's free la, so can't choose the platform... after just 1 semester of use for school purpose in poly.. top concern is compatibility.. even though already installed microsoft office for mac, still encounter problems like changing of formatt.. another concern is the excel sheet is a bit lack and shortchanged of certain features, don;t know exactly which, but can sense it.. It's a good notebook for personal use, but definately not for school, especially when like 90% of ppl are running on window..

Initially thought maybe can just live with these problems.. but after seeing the offer, got attracted.. or at least get a window notebook.. also very very cheap... 4 years of incompatibility and other associated convenience is crazy.. However, if i buy it there go my savings and need to req for some sponsorship from daddy....worse.. i really need some more clothes.. hope my dad is willing to sponsor me $1500, then i fork up another $1000 plus myself.. in this way, i'll have enuff money to buy a few decent clothes and own a fabulous tablet..

Will see first ba, if the tuition fee loan covers year 1 term 1 fee, then can consider.. if not, has to pay $3900+ upfront during matriculation.. I can't expect my dad to fork out $5000 plus cash like that right..Juz sent an email to enquire with finace, hope the reply will be optimistic.. keke..

Seems like I keep changing what i want to buy... but handphone is something i already have, getting a laptop that runs on window seems more practical (thought i own an ibook (mac) too).. anyway the ibook can pass to my brother who is in primary school..

I went off @ 8:17 AM
